This session will broadly cover several non-invasive, non-pharmacological healing methods. The presenters will demonstrate the strategies used in practice and time will be allowed for participants to reflect on the experience.
 
Learning Objectives
Following this presentation, participants will:
  • Understand the nursing perspectives of non-invasive, non-pharmacological strategies to facilitate healing.
  • Reflect upon and describe the personal impact of experiential exercises.
  • Consider how such modalities may be integrated into self-care and/or patient care.
