This session will broadly cover several non-invasive, non-pharmacological healing methods. The presenters will demonstrate the strategies used in practice and time will be allowed for participants to reflect on the experience.

- Understand the nursing perspectives of non-invasive, non-pharmacological strategies to facilitate healing.
- Reflect upon and describe the personal impact of experiential exercises.
- Consider how such modalities may be integrated into self-care and/or patient care.
