Project Management Team Update

Due to the generosity of Faith's members and its successful Renewing Faith Campaign, the following building projects have been completed to date:
  • build out of the choir room with acoustical enhancements on the upper level
  • build out of the multipurpose room on the lower level
  • completed family and handicap accessible restrooms on the upper level
  • completed restrooms on the east side of the lower level
  • new front door
Special thanks to Don Beck and his tireless effort in managing these projects and all of the project management team for sharing their expertise. (Ryan Larson, Corey Mineck, and Amy Fetters)

The team is now working on the implementation of the facility maintenance phase of the building projects. These projects include:
  •  new windows in the old music room space and west side of St Michael's Hall
  •  courtyard drainage and column base repairs
  •  south parking lot and duplex driveways
In regards to the parking lot, concrete work will begin on Monday, June 20, and will take approximately one month to complete. It will be done in two stages. The south portion will be done the first two weeks and the north portion will be done the following two weeks. Please be flexible knowing that weather may impact the timing of this project. Also, four of the island Ash trees in front of the south entry will be removed prior to the parking lot work. The three alternately remaining Ash trees will be treated with a growth regulator to help mitigate construction related stress and will also be treated to prevent Emerald Ash borer.

Be advised: parking lot entry off of University Avenue will be closed effective Monday, June 20. Please use the parking lot entrance off of 104th street and use the north entrance. Thank you!
