In cooperation with CrossFit Summa
Players U13 and Older Monday's and Wednesday's at 4:30pm
Players U12 and Younger
Tuesday's and Thursday's at 4:30pm
BONUS - Sunday session at 11am All ages - limited to 25 participants
*due to the size of the facility, there is a limited space available for bonus Sunday sessions. A sign-up genius will be sent to all registered SAQ participants and each participant is eligible for 2 Sunday bonus training.
Classes are 55 minutes in length and the first session begins on Monday December 5th.
SAQ is a Buckingham United Club program and therefore only currently Buckingham United players are eligible.
Session 1:
December 5 - January 15 - registration open now
Session 2:
January 16 - February 19 - registration will open January 3rd
Session 3:
February 20 - March 19 - registration will open February 7
Each Session Cost: $135

B.S. Exercise Science CrossFit Level One and Level Two Coaches Certified Personal Trainers Former Division Two soccer players - Speed, agility, quickness, flexibility, functional and strength training, and many other techniques designed for the soccer athlete.
- Improve overall fitness and performance while reducing preventable injuries.
All sessions will be held at CrossFit Summa, 4099 Landisville Road, Doylestown. Athletes should wear flat-soled shoes for all sessions.
