Session #1 December 9th - January 6th
Session #2 January 10th - February 8th
 
The Speed, Agility and Quickness training is a program designed specifically for off season soccer athletes.  It is an ideal time to be getting this type of training.  Of course, it's a tough time of year with the looming holidays.  Because of this, if you sign up for Session #1 and miss one or two trainings, we will allow you to make this missed training up during Session #2.

More info about the workouts
All sessions will be held in the gym at Plumstead Christian School, 5765 Old Easton Road, Plumsteadville.  Athletes should wear flat soled shoes to each session. 
 
Weekday sessions are 45 minutes in length. Actual session start times will be dependent on final registration numbers. Weekday sessions will start no earlier than 6:30 PM and all sessions will end by 8:30 PM.
 
Sunday sessions are 60 minutes in length. Actual session start times will be dependent on final registration numbers. Sunday sessions will start no earlier than 1 PM and all sessions will end by 4 PM.
