   Two, 4-week sessions to choose from Session #1 December 9th - January 6th Session #2 January 10th - February 8th    
The Speed, Agility and Quickness training is a program designed specifically for off season soccer athletes.  It is an ideal time to be getting this type of training.  Of course, it's a tough time of year with the looming holidays.  Because of this, if you sign up for Session #1 and miss one or two trainings, we will allow you to make this missed training up during Session #2. Please note, our Winter I session begins this Wednesday(12/9), so if you are interested, you need to take a look right away.  Scroll below or click here to register. Exercise Science, Emphasis in Strength and Conditioning NASM: Functional Movement Screen NASM: CPT, CES Buckingham United Trainer and Coach Former Division 1 Soccer Player Professional Strength and Conditioning Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. Speed, agility, quickness, flexibility, functional and strength training, and many other techniques designed for the soccer athlete.

 More info about the workouts All sessions will be held in the gym at Plumstead Christian School, 5765 Old Easton Road, Plumsteadville.  Athletes should wear flat soled shoes to each session.    Weekday sessions are 45 minutes in length. Actual session start times will be dependent on final registration numbers. Weekday sessions will start no earlier than 6:30 PM and all sessions will end by 8:30 PM.    Sunday sessions are 60 minutes in length. Actual session start times will be dependent on final registration numbers. Sunday sessions will start no earlier than 1 PM and all sessions will end by 4 PM.
