FAQ
Q: Can a child make up sessions due to absence?
A: Yes but please email crossfitsumma@gmail.com prior to attending

Q: Will my child be lifting heavy weights?
A: No, but we will be teaching how to lift properly in a safe manner. Resistance training is crucial to injury prevention.

Q: where do I park?
A: Please park in the back lot. We are located on the left side of the building when you are facing it from the front. Please do not park in the front or in front of the other business.

Q: Is resistance training safe for my child? He/she is young?
A: We will be teaching them proper movements and we are very strict on form. It is safe if done properly and can help prevent ACL tears and other common injuries in soccer.

Q: Will this make my child a better soccer player?
A: We will make your child a better athlete. Stronger, faster etc. that will translate to the field, but they will still need to practice the specific ball-handling skills to become even better.
