 Our Committee is made up of volunteers that are responsible for the day to day operations of our soccer programs and also provide oversight of our DOC's and  administrative staff.  The terms start January 1, 2015 and are for a 2 year period.  The existing Soccer Committee will meet with, and make the final approval on new committee members.     If you are interested, please contact Michelle Obetz at financedir@cbaacsoccer.com with a brief note of interest and qualifications.   You will find a brief description of each position below. |

   The CBAA Soccer President is the chief executive officer for CBAA Soccer which includes both CBAA Intramural Soccer (IM) and Buckingham United Soccer Club (BUSC) and as an advisor and liaison to the TOPSoccer program. Several of the functions include: Subject to the control of the CBAA Executive Board and CBAA By-Laws, exercise general supervision, direction, and management control over the business activities of the CBAA Soccer Program, and operate the affairs of CBAA Soccer within the annual budget of CBAA Soccer as approved by the CBAA BoardUphold and abide the CBAA Soccer Mission and Integration of all programsDirect and coordinate the activities of the CBAA IM and Travel Directors of Operations (DOO) and other appointed officials of CBAA SoccerServe on the CBAA Executive Board and shall provide a monthly report and an annual program budget for CBAA Executive Board review and approvalDevelop and review agreements for independent contractors, vendors and community partnersOversee monthly Committee meetingsAttend all Coaches meetings (IM and Travel) and the IM Referee Preseason ClinicsAttend the EPYSA Annual General Meeting

The Finance Director is responsible for over site of all revenue and expenses of the Intramural (IM) and Travel Soccer (BUSC) Programs. Highlights of the functions performed include: Budget preparation - IM and BUSCAssist in the administration of annual registration -BUSCManaging the Financial Assistance Request Process - IM and BUSCExpense Approval / Check Requests - IM and BUSCOversight of independent contractor contracts and paymentsInvoicing teams
 Candidate Qualifications: Basic knowledge of the budget preparation process and a profit and loss statementExperience in using Microsoft excel Willingness to learn how to navigate through the CBAA WebsiteAbility to achieve a 24-48 hour response time to inquiries by our membersAvailable for evening meetings 1x/monthEasy access to email for rapid responses to inquiries

| VENDOR RELATIONS DIRECTOR - 2 year term | 
| The Vendor Relations Director, a newly created position, is responsible for managing the partnerships that CBAA Soccer has with the Philadelphia Union, Angelos, Adidas, and Chevrolet. Highlights of the functions include:   Philadelphia Union  Club representative that facilitates annual agreementOversight of ticket salesCoordinate Club Night
 Angelos and Adidas Ensure all contract benefits are received and all contract obligations metMeet with Angelos 1-2x's per year to discuss improvements and deadlines
  Fred Beans Chevrolet Club representative that facilitates annual agreement Work directly with the Partner at Chevrolet Youth Soccer ProgramPlace order for our free products in a timely mannerEnsure all advertising obligations are met (Jersey Sponsorship, signage etc)

| FACILITIES DIRECTOR - 2 year term | 
| The Director of Facilities is responsible for securing and maintaining the fields used by CBAA IM Soccer and BUSC Travel Soccer. Key functions include: Determine the field needs each season by consulting with DOCs and DOOsSecure fields with the townships and school districtInteract with facility partners (township, school district) on maintenance needsPoint person for questions and issues related to field useCoordinate maintenance and restoration at Herbst by outside contractorsProvide direction regarding weather related field closuresCoordinate field maintenance days
   Candidate Qualifications: Ability to provide leadership to contractors and volunteersEasy access to email and text messages for rapid responses to inquiries Available for evening meetings 1x/monthWillingness to do hands on workUnderstanding of turf management a plus

    The CBAA Soccer program dedicated to the task of promoting and enhancing the culture of soccer for the youth and families in the Central Bucks area. The CBAA Soccer program will strive to develop players at all ages and levels of play: recreational; travel; and premier. We are dedicated to developing players and coaches to the highest level through a quality instructional program.    CBAA soccer program will cultivate each player's mind, body and spirit by: building, developing, and improving their skills and fitness levels. instilling confidence, initiative, emotional growthembracing and nurturing a sense of community and teamworkadvocating high standards of sportsmanship and fair play.
