CBAA Planning For the 13/14 Basketball Season Is Under Way

  

While our summer league raps up, AAU winds down and football, soccer and field hockey start up, as well as school and work, the CBAA Basketball Board is busy planning for next year.

• Registration will open up in late August and run through the end of October (on line with one live date for anyone having questions or wishing to pay cash or check). An e mail blast will be issued announcing that registration is open.
• Open Gym dates for boys in grades 3-8 and girls in grades 4-8 that wish to sharpen their skills prior to CBAA Travel Try Outs which will be held in late September.
• CBAA Basketball is happy to announce that it is forming a partnership with Alvin Williams and The Academy of Hoops .
• CBAA will not profit from this partnership.
• The goal and objective is to provide CBAA Players the opportunity to improve their basketball skills by working with the exceptional staff which includes Alvin Williams Villanova Great, Director of Player Development Toronto Raptors), Jon Haynes (McDonald's All American, Assistant Coach GA), Malik Allen (All Big East, 10 years NBA Career) and other former players and current high school and college coaches.
• The program will run on Fridays, October 4 through November 22 and will be open to players (boys and girls) in grades 3-12 looking to learn and improve their game. Cost and registration information to follow.
• Spots will be limited as the goal is to provide individual, hands on direction to all players.

CBAA is also looking for members of our community looking to volunteer and help us to become and even better organization. CBAA Basketball wants you to help us become the best youth program not only in Central Bucks, Philly and Pennsylvania but in the nation.
