Dear CBAA Soccer Coaches,
With the wet weekend ahead of us, we wanted to remind you of the general CBAA field closure protocols and to tell your parents to check the website before venturing out to any games if unsure about the field status.

 FIELD CLOSURE ALERTS
When there's bad weather, we will update the website "field status" with open or closed on the websites as soon as possible for you to check and alert your teams. Let your parents know they can also check there as emails are sometimes unreliable.
Decisions whether the fields are opened or closed for imminent weather will be posted on the IM and Travel websites for weekdays no later than 3:30pm. Weekend updates will be posted on the websites within 90 minutes of first game time - or sooner - to allow for travel time for teams and referees.

 HOUSEKEEPING Remind parents: We love pets but we have a strict no pets policy on the fields. We ask you to remind parents of this as well as to clean up water bottles, trash, etc., and to drive slow when entering field parking lots. You may want to put a few trash bags in the coaches bag as well. |
