CBAA Soccer Announcement:

  

Last Fall Robert Law was appointed as the Chair of the Central Bucks Athletic Association, resulting in the vacancy of the CBAA Soccer President position. The CBAA Executive Board asked the CBAA Soccer Steering Committee (1) to develop a procedure for selecting a new CBAA Soccer President; and (2) to solicit interested candidates of which one individual would be selected and voted on by the CBAA general membership as President of CBAA Soccer. This process identified Becky Barlow, the acting Interim CBAA Soccer President, as the nominee to be put forth to the general membership in an affirmation vote.

 

We are excited to announce that several hundred CBAA Soccer member families affirmed her selection as CBAA Soccer President.

 

The CBAA Soccer Committee and the CBAA Executive Board congratulate Becky on her new role as Soccer President.   Please also join in us welcoming Miro Kamenik as the new Director of Operations for Intramural Soccer. He is replacing Jon Irey who will continue as a Travel Soccer Coach, IM Soccer Coach, and Basketball Coach. We want to thank Jon for his contributions to the IM Soccer Program and the Central Bucks Athletic Association.

 

The Soccer Committee is looking forward to evolving and growing each area of its program and to continue to make it a great place to play. Thank you to all the members who took time to cast their votes.
