FREE ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITY
For Fiesta Del Sol 2013

 

Each year Fiesta Del Sol brings in around 40,000 visitors to Solana Beach. We want to encourage the businesses of Solana Beach to take advantage of advertising to all of those visitors to encourage them to stay and shop in Solana Beach during Fiesta Del Sol.  To do this we are offering a program similar to our "Shop Solana Beach for the Holidays" promotion.

 

This is a FREE advertising opportunity to the businesses and it is our goal to encourage Fiesta del Sol attendees to visit your stores. To participate, you must offer a discount to customers who shop during that weekend. We have also partnered with Yelp who will be giving each business re-useable shopping bags as an incentive to shop. Yelp will be advertising on their site by encouraging Fiesta Del Sol attendees to visit your store, check in on the Yelp mobile application and then receive their free re-useable Yelp shopping bag.  The Chamber will also provide a poster to be placed in a visible location in your storefront that will advertise that you have a Fiesta Discount Special at your location.  The Chamber's Fiesta Del Sol website will also have a page listing all the Fiesta Deals at each business.

Small Business Referral Center

 

The Solana Beach Chamber is available to members as a business-related information resource. Many times we can answer a question directly. However, many questions require professional consultation. To deal with such questions, we have put in place a referral system centered in the Chamber which gives our Members access to resource persons in the various areas such as law, real estate, insurance, accounting, etc.

 

The Member resource persons referred to might be able or willing to answer the question right away, or alternatively offer a free or discounted first meeting, or make any other arrangement they chose.
