Meet a Member!
My name is Alexandra Dudich.

How old are you?
I am 17 years old.

Where do you go to school?
Westminster School of Augusta. I will be a senior.

Why do you love Arabian horses?
I love Arabian horses for their intelligence, stamina, and beauty. We have other breeds and the Arabians are my favorite.

What is your most memorable horse experience?
My most memorable experience was winning National Champion in Dressage Training Level JOTR at Youth Nationals 2015. I had just started dressage in February of that year. I was so excited to win my first National Champion, especially with being a new discipline for me. At the 2016 Youth Nationals I had another very memorable year with my horse Annapolis and I receiving 3 National Champions and 1 Reserve National Champion.

What do you aspire to do in the future?
I plan to go to a college with a great business school. I am looking to major in finance. My objective is on getting my MBA. I plan to keep riding throughout college and beyond, hopefully my lifetime.

Eventful Month of July!
Check out the latest blog post from AHYA President, Flora ElmColone:

It's been an eventful month for AHYA! Youth Nationals was in July, and it was the first year in Oklahoma City. It was the first year at a new venue so everyone was trying to adjust to a place many of us had never competed at before. Although change can be difficult, I encourage you all to stay positive and think about how lucky we are to be at Youth Nationals! read more

USEF Lettering Program
Interested in lettering as a high school athlete? Have horses always taken up all your time, so you have never been able to commit to volleyball or football, soccer or tennis? Well Equestrians are athletes too and the USEF has a letter program catered to those Equestrian Athletes that spend their time at the barn instead of in the gym or on the sports field. If you are interested, check out the program here and see what USEF has to offer.
Do You Ride Frequently?
