Qualification points earned at these later shows can be used next year to qualify you for Regionals and Nationals.  Remember that AHA's qualification period is the previous calendar year plus the current year up to the close of entries.  Don't put off tomorrow what you can do today! Look for an upcoming show in your area by clicking here.

Nominated Sire Breeding Reports

Nominated Sire Breeding Reports can be completed online.  Please go to the members' login and click on the Nominated Sire Breeding Reports, locate your sire and click on the name.  You may enter as many mares as needed.  You may also print out the report from the AHA website.  From the members' login, choose Activities, Prize Money Programs and then Nominated Sire Packet Information.  Choose the Nominated Sire Breeding Information Report link to download and print the form.

Please note: the Nominated Sire Stallion Report is separate from the required AHA Registration Stallion Report.  However, if you submit a completed form to AHA and you would like for this form to be used for your Registration Stallion Report, be sure to include the stallion owner signature, breeding dates and breeding method as well as all covered mares.

Sweepstakes Nominations Made Easy

Did you know that every fourth Breeding Entry nominated by the same owner is half price?  Take advantage of the discount by submitting your Breeding Entries in the same envelope.  In addition to the discount, Sweepstakes offers a time payment plan.  Send one fourth of the cost of the entry plus a 10% administrative fee and place the remaining balance on a deferred billing agreement. For entries totaling up to $2,500 you can spread the cost over three remaining payments and over $2,501 up to eight payments.  Click here for more information.

Keep in mind that the in-utero foal deadline is approaching.  In-utero foals must be nominated prior to December 31 (postmarked/electronic transaction dated).  If your sire or dam has been bred this year and they are not nominated, you will need to enroll them in the Sweepstakes Program prior to December 31 in order to avoid any applicable late fees.  Please contact AHA for additional information.
