Time is running out to apply for Leadership Bay! If you or someone at your business would like to apply, more information is below. The deadline is August 7th. 


We've had some staff changes at the Chamber. Our VP of Governmental/Military Affairs, Theresa Moran, has accepted a position at Tyndall AFB and will be leaving us at the end of the month. We wish her the best! However, please join us in welcoming Brandi DeRuiter who is extremely excited about her new position. We know that you will enjoy working with Brandi.


In addition, we are searching for a part-time assistant for our events department and a Membership Account Executive so if you know of someone that might be interested please send them our way.

2015-2016 Class Applications

The Bay County Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting applications for the 2015-2016 Leadership Bay Class. Information about Leadership Bay and applications can be found by clicking here. Deadline to apply is August 7th. Participation in the program is limited.

Founded in 1983, Leadership Bay is a community leadership development program sponsored by the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. Based on the premise that people are our most important resource, the purpose of the program is to offer potential leaders a curriculum in community leadership training. Sessions are held every other Wednesday, beginning in October and running through May, to familiarize selected participants with issues and resources that directly impact the future of Bay County.

The Bay County Chamber is teaming up with Collette Vacations to send you to Italy and Discover Tuscany on 

March 8-17, 2016.

The Military Affairs Committee (MAC) of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1946, and is rich in the history of providing good public relations between our military bases and the business community. 

 

The mission of MAC is to develop understanding, support and goodwill between our men and women in uniform and the local business and civic leaders. The committee stages various events and receptions to welcome visiting military officials and guests to the Bay County area.

Member to Member Discounts
The Member to Member Discount is a special discount, pricing structure, service, or product that is extended only to other members of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce.

Your discount will be featured on the Chamber website www.panamacity.org, next to your business listing. If your business would like to participate, please visit this link and complete the form. Call the Chamber Office at 850-785-5206 with any questions.
Need Social Capital?
Business Referral Network (BRN) provides an opportunity for groups of business professionals to come together to network, share business leads and referrals with other group members.
 
BRN is available to any member in good standing with the Bay County Chamber of Commerce at no extra charge.
 
They must attend the scheduled bi-monthly meetings and one referral or lead is requested at each meeting. Members are encouraged to bring one guest (guest may be non-member).
 
A member may only join one Business Referral Network group. The Business Referral Group also makes sure no single business will be in direct competition with another member of the group. (For example, only one person in banking can be in each group.)
