Greetings!

 

It is incredible that we are rapidly approaching the holiday season and end of year. I continue to be in awe of the growth and development of our two grand-babies 2 ½ and 1 ½ years old. It is amazing watching their joy and wonder as they truly discover walking, running, jumping; how something works; the ease with which they perform a perfect squat effortlessly. Their waking moments are filled with wonderment. It is a gift watching them as they celebrate their accomplishments.  

 

Have you taken time to review where you are and where you want to be? Who are you? What do you want for your life? What do you want today? What healthy habits have you achieved? Which unhealthy habits have dropped? How does walking add to your well-being? Most importantly are you celebrating your accomplishments? Too often  the small consistent achievements are overlooked.
