Gator-Laid™ Slings
Bishop Lifting Products fabricates a heavy lift sling called the "Gator-Laid™". This eye & eye style sling was designed by Slingmax Rigging Solutions and is made of 9 parts of wire rope and has parallel stacked eyes with 12 parts of rope in each eye. These features make the Gator-Laid™ very flexible, strong and rugged.

Liftmax® Personnel Baskets
 BLP designs and fabricates suspended personnel lifting platforms used to transport workers on construction sites. These personnel lifting baskets are made to meet or exceed ASME B30.23 Personnel Lifting System standards. We also build custom personnel baskets for specific applications.

Rigging Tip: Alloy Chain Sling D/d Ratios
Are you aware that alloy chain slings have recommended D/d ratio for basket hitches?
For basket hitches, the minimum recommended diameter of the load is 6 times the nominal chain diameter. Also, there is a rated capacity reduction of 20% for choke hitches. The attached page shows shows the rated capacity reduction for D/d ratios highlighted at the bottom.

McKissick® Lead Sheaves
McKissick® lead sheaves are designed to control your deck lines horizontally and vertically. These sheave assemblies are extra heavy duty and built to withstand breaking strengths of EIP IWRC wire rope. Also, they are flame hardened with machined grooves.
