Every year the phenomenon of Small Business Saturday gets bigger. This year, Small Business Saturday falls on November 24, the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
In honor of the day, and to encourage customers to come in to the store, all sales on November 24 will be 10% off the retail price. You cannot combine this with other coupons or sales. If you have an American Express card, you will get further benefits for shopping here and using your card.
For those of you who cannot make it in that day, you can use your discount on our website on Saturday November 24 or Sunday November 25. To take advantage of the 10% off discount online, use PROMO CODE SMBIZ. This promo code will automatically take 10% but only on those two days.

Our new Exclusive Cleveland Rocks! Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Bead is here. This is a solid sterling silver bead that was designed by Lake Erie Artists Gallery, and made just for us. That means that you can be one of the first people to have one of these beads.

One side of the bead shows an artist's rendering of the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame. The other shows a stylized guitar with musical notes around it. Around the edge the bead is engraved with "Cleveland Rocks!"

Jim Ptacek has added three new ornaments to his collection this year. Last year he worked with Wendall August Forge in Pennsylvania on the first three: Veteran's Memorial Bridge, Cleveland Browns Stadium, NorthCoast Lighthouses.
This year Jim has added West Side Market, Soldiers and Sailor's Monument, and Cleveland Municipal Stadium Gate D. (Pictured above)
