Our November Specials are bright, light and created to impress your corporate guests. All three dishes are chef-created with the highest quality ingredients.  The bright colors and bold flavors of these entrees give your guests plenty to talk about, without the worry of heavy sauces or unhealthy preparations. All three November Specials will have your guests complimenting you on your catering choice!

The Steak Argentina is a premium cut of beef - a seasoned, grilled-medium, thinly sliced flank steak. The dish achieves legendary status with the addition of freshly prepared chimichurri sauce, a blend of herbs, garlic and vinegar utilized in Argentinian cuisine. 

The Orange Cranberry Chicken is perfect for the upcoming Holidays. It's a playful dish with wide appeal, as the orange cranberry chutney really shines without overpowering the dish with sweetness. Earthy wild rice balances the dish.

The Roasted Mediterranean Salmon is all about freshness. We receive flanks of fresh salmon daily encased in styrofoam and ice. Our chef skins and slices the fresh fresh just before preparing your meal. The cherry tomatoes and onions roasted with the salmon retain their crunchiness, and the addition of fresh basil as a garnish adds yet another layer of color and fresh flavor.
