Prepping for Ukulele Fest
in the Czech!

Noel Tardy and Kate McLennan, who make up the unique ukulele playing duo of Spirit Runners, are cancer survivors who have used their music and their inspirational testimonies to help others heal. Shortly after celebrating the release of their new Choose Love CD, the Dallas-based duo received an invitation to perform at the first Czech Ukulele Festival in the Czech Republic! They will be the only musical group from the United States to perform at the festival which begins on August 29 in Prague. They are scheduled to perform on Aug. 30!
To offset travel costs, Spirit Runners are having a benefit concert and silent auction on June 15, at the SPJST Lodge 84 (Czech fraternal lodge). They will perform a mix of musical favorites
and showcase tunes from their CD!
