1. Consideration of a Resolution of the City of Milton, Georgia Regarding Possible Extension to Existing 90 Day Moratorium Barring Acceptance of Applications for Land Disturbance Permits for Residential Development on Property in the R-1, R-2, T-2 and AG-1 Zoning Districts.

3. Consideration of a Professional Probation Services Agreement Between Chief Judge Brian Hansford, in his Official Capacity as the Chief Judge of the Milton Municipal Court and Integrity Supervision Services, LLC as a Private Probation Provider by the City of Milton as the Governing Authority.
