Don't Forget: Donation-based yoga class Saturday

Class to be held at Friendship Park from 4 to 5:30 p.m.

MILTON, Ga., June 20, 2014 - Don't forget that tomorrow, Saturday, June 21, the City of Milton's popular yoga provider, Lift Yoga, will offer a donation-based outdoor class in Crabapple's Friendship Community Park. Participants are asked to pay only what they can.

 

The class, timed to take place under the sun's highest position on the longest day of the year, will be held from 4 to 5:30 p.m. and is open to everyone, regardless of ability. Many poses offered can even be done in a chair.

If inclement weather occurs, the class will take place in Bethwell Community Center, 2695 Hopewell Road (click here for directions).
