 Uranus and Pluto were last in a square configuration in the early 1930's, when we were on the brink of World War II. That square was winding down a long Uranus/Pluto cycle that began in 1845-1856, the tumultuous decade preceding the Civil War. Rivers of history were overflowing their banks: "deeply felt undercurrents which formerly influenced events from beneath the surface (become) major waves in the collective which are ... made obvious to all" during an aspect like the Uranus-Pluto Square. - Alex Miller, Daykeeper Astrology The current Uranus-Pluto dynamic is the waxing square phase of a 125-year cycle that began in the 1960s, when Uranus and Pluto were conjunct in Virgo. They were conjunct 3 times in 1965-66, with the full arc being 1960 - 1972. As always with the outer planets, this established an epochal, generational cycle, also known as *the 60s*. (The next exact conjunction will occur in 2104.) Here is a timeline and some seed thoughts to take with you this week as this cycle continues to unfold to its conclusion. (Note: this material is very 'right-brained' because tomorrows Contact has to do with inner vision and intuiting truth with the Third Eye, not the rational mind.)
The Uranus/Pluto conjunction in Virgo was exact on the following dates. Monumental seeds were planted, which will blossom over the next 125 years, peaking in 2045:
Oct. 9, 1965 at 17 Virgo 10 - BODY - a thoughtform appears, the seed of new physical structures never before dreamt. Engineering new forms of civilization to hold the brilliance of Spirit.
