October 31, 2013/ Hi everyone, I hope this email finds you well. As I'm sure you're aware, we are in an energetic pressure cooker right now. I.e. not only is the normally intense Scorpio season in full swing - with Mercury Retrograde in that sign - but we have a powerful 'hit' of the Uranus-Pluto Square signature coming up tomorrow (Friday November 1, 2013 at 7:13am EDT) and a very unusual and amazing Hybrid Solar Eclipse in Scorpio on Sunday November 3 at 7:50am EDT.

So, this week is jam-packed with many opportunities for breakthroughs in personal evolution, and accelerated leaps forward in spiritual growth. The tension is tough on the nervous system and physical body, however, so it's a good idea to just take it easy and sort of 'fly low under the radar' as much as possible. Self-nurturing is the name of the game. Don't pick a fight; and cross the street if someone tries to pick a fight with you! The intensity will subside once the Moon leaves Scorpio on Monday November 4 at 3:14 pm EDT; so allow some time, if you can, on Monday - the day after the eclipse - to decompress. The eclipse portal will close with the Full Moon on November 17th.

Below you will find a link to some information on the 4th (of 7) Uranus Pluto squares which occurs tomorrow (Friday November 1). This is the signature of the 1960s - and the hallmark of those born in the mid-1960s. This particular square is related to the Heart chakra and has a mystical quality to it. It is potent but it adds a level of loving spiritual expansion to the mix.

I said to move your clocks ahead one hour, but actually we are moving our clocks BACKWARD one hour. Just wanted to correct that. The good news is: we get an extra hour of sleep!

The eclipse displays 15-SECONDS of Annularity (Ring of Fire) at sunrise on the east coast of the US. Annularity occurs from 11:05:21 seconds to 11:05:36 seconds UT. Then the TOTAL eclipse will occur over Africa at 12:46 UT and lasts for about 99 SECONDS (one minute and 39 seconds). The eclipse finishes at sunset over Somalia where totality will last for LESS THAN A SECOND at 14:27 UT.

Only 7 of the 224 solar eclipses in the 21st century will be Hybrid Eclipses. What makes the November 3, 2013 Hybrid eclipse even more extraordinary, however, has to do with the very beginning of the eclipse track. It starts as annular and undergoes the change to total after only 15 seconds; then remains total to the very end of its path. It is, in effect, a total eclipse with zero duration, a 'grazing' eclipse.
