So, here we are - at a crossroads of sorts. As discussed in the previous newsletters in this series, we are experiencing all at the same time: the end-date of a 5,125-year cycle in the Long Count Mayan Calendar; a window of shift in a 26,000-year cycle known as The Turning of the Ages; and a cusp transition period between the 2,200-year cycle between the Age of Pisces and the Age of Aquarius. It is a massive transition to a new era, fraught with fear, infused with hope. So much is possible. We only have to choose.

Are two (or more) roads diverging right now? Many say that there will be a splitting of experience based on a person's level of consciousness and Light Quotient:

 

We are experiencing "an ungluing of our consensual collective reality so that the dissonant sectors of the population can diverge onto separate time streams, and then into separate realms of existence altogether. At the moment we all share the same planet, and separation among people of incompatible learning paths amounts to geographic separation at best, but more usually involves a simple synchronistic barrier between them so that they rarely cross paths in life. But as the polarization increases and the repulsive tension between dissonant population sectors grow, and as conditions on this planet increasingly leave less room for everyone's freewill to be accommodated in the same space and time, there will be increasing pressure for more extreme means of separation. According to Realm Dynamics, what begins as mere dislike between individuals can grow to a parting of ways, a parting of timelines, and finally a parting of dimensions. This truly is an Aquarian concept (Seriously, did you even understand the previous paragraph?! Mind blowing, that's Aquarius). To help with this idea: you might want to check out this interesting science-fiction movie that came out in 2011. It's called "Another Earth" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1549572/ In this movie there is a twin earth out there, and we are all living on it at the same time as we are living here. In the movie, our *doppelgangers* on the other earth are at first doing the identical things we are doing, but from the moment the other earth is sighted in the sky, our paths diverge and different outcomes emerge. I recommend watching this movie to stretch your mind concerning the 'timeline' concept. It is available on Netflix.

 

In the Aquarian Age, science fiction could very well (and most probably WILL) become reality (keeping in mind that we're looking at the year 4300 for these things to be fully understood by us mere mortals:)

Because so many cycles are ending right now; because we are in a long and tumultuous transitional period from *here* to *there* - it is vital that we pay attention to our feelings and how we are creating the new world (both personal and collective). This time period is incredibly malleable because of the roiling and boiling energetic shifts taking place in so many ways and on so many levels. On December 21, 2012 (and present between December 20-23) there will be a formation in the sky known as a YOD. This configuration is also known as the 'Finger of God' and indicates "a special task, crisis, or turning point - a critical situation which must be attended to by current actors and which was left incomplete by past actors, or generations." http://bit.ly/9Jh7nD. The Yod can look like a fork in the road, a timeline split.

 

A Yod is a challenging placement in any chart, because it is comprised of energies (by element and family) that are fundamentally different from each other. They don't speak the same language. The challenge of the Yod is to craft an alchemical solution, an answer for the use of the differing energies. When the Yod is mastered, something entirely new is born and this something is a part of the gift of the chart. The  Yod gives you apples, oranges and bananas and asks you to make mango juice. When you do, it is an elixir that can't be found anywhere else.

 

The 12-21-12 Yod features Jupiter in Gemini, Saturn in Scorpio and Pluto in Capricorn. Saturn (the Lord of Karma) and Pluto (the Lord of 'Death') are intense planets on their own, and when combined they are potent. Saturn and Pluto are in a harmonious relationship - formidable in their own right, joining forces to get something done. Their combined energies are pouring into the beneficent planet Jupiter, providing potential for magic. Are 'Death' and Karma up for review? Perhaps as we turn this corner into a new cycle, the sting will be taken out of them. Maybe we can come to a clear understanding of the basic Law of Cause and Effect and seize the moment. Maybe we can be set free from our fear of death when we finally realize the continuity of life after death. I think this Yod points to a time when these powerful forces will not govern us any longer.

 

 This Yod actually *resolves* in the planet Venus, which is opposite Jupiter. This is an answer or solution for the irritation the Yod causes, offering an idea regarding how we might blend the odd mix of energies. Venus - the Divine Feminine - is in the visionary sign of Sagittarius. Sagittarius asks us to take a bigger picture view of things, to soar upward into a higher altitude, a more spiritual vision; and to change the world-view of our society in a comprehensive synthetic way. Viewing the world the way the Feminine sees it is part of the answer. Sagittarius is also linked with goals and aspirations:

Is our goal physical, emotional, mental, spiritual? Is it personal, national, global? ... When we observe the lives of millions of people, we see that they do not have a noble goal and are drifting here and there without any direction. ... A goal is a magnetic center which pulls a person up and establishes a direction for them. It is the magnetic pull of the goal that enables a person to step forward on the path of their evolution."- Torkom Saraydarian, 'Symphony of the Zodiac'

 

Take a moment to envision the noble goals that will lead to the unfolding of a better world over the next 2000 years.

12,000 years ago, the sign of Leo was rising at the March Equinox point, and humanity found itself in the Age of Leo, also known as the Golden Age (associated by some with Atlantis) Because Aquarius is opposite Leo on the zodiac wheel, it is the mirror - the flip side of the coin - of the emerging Aquarian Age. We are entering another potential Golden Age, providing we don't make the same mistakes as we did in the Age of Leo. The Age of Leo resolves itself now in our Aqua rian Age.

 

The Age of Leo was the age of the divine kings/queens, those who ruled from the heart. Leo encourages us to discover our divine creative, authentic self and to SHINE it into the world. We are all royalty, and we are expected to show up that way now, in the Age of Aquarius.

 

Many of the problems we are facing now, on the cusp of Aquarius, stem back to the sudden, violent end of the advanced culture of the Age of Leo. This is known in New Age circles as The Fall of Atlantis. The general population - directed by current status-quo scientists - considers Atlantis to be a fairytale/myth. But Barbara Hand Clow has researched and discovered that the archeological records all over the planet tell a different story. Over the past 10 years she has accessed huge databanks of information based in both ancient wisdom and from New Paradigm scientists who are daring to question the traditional dates and the meaning of our origin and history.

 

 In her book 'Catastrophobia' (2001) and the updated edition 'Awakening the Planetary Mind' (2011), Barbara Hand Clow theorizes that we are afflicted with a crippling, species-level, post-traumatic stress syndrome that she calls "catastrophobia. Clow states: "this trauma complex developed 11,500 years ago as the result of a great cosmic catastrophe in our solar system. This malaise in the collective psyche of our species deepened during thousands of years after the 9500 BC cataclysm, when our ancestors endured starvation and horrific environmental stress. Before this time, Earth was the Garden of Eden; we experienced oneness with our planet. These events that separated us from nature are deeply buried in our minds. Just like adults who once endured early-childhood abuse that they've largely forgotten, we must heal ourselves by recovering these memories and understanding how they have changed us."

 

The earth is now opening up her truth: there is undeniable evidence that 12,000 years ago a thriving pre-diluvial civilization covered the earth; and a mind-boggling cosmic disaster that disarranged the entire solar system brought this civilization to an abrupt end. Some would call this Noah's flood in the Old Testament - and there are numerous similar flood stories from cultures all over the world. We are the descendants of an advanced culture that disappeared in a single day.

 

As a species we were deeply, deeply traumatized by the unchaining of the elements when the heavenly vault collapsed; we have repressed this memory and it drives us. 

 

The next logical truth is this: all of our current intense apocalyptic fears come from this trauma. Perhaps this is why we heard about the date 12-21-12 and seized upon it as the imminent devastating end-of-the-world. We made that leap ourselves. And the media, for its own selfish motives, fuels the fire of our Post Traumatic Stress Disorder by making movies like '2012' which literally depicts the world ending on that date, with arks being released from bunkers in China.  

 

Barbara Hand Clow emphatically states that the apocalypse we so fear at this time of the Turning of the Ages has ALREADY HAPPENED. Please read her book "Awakening the Planetary Mind" and see for yourself that what she is saying is backed up with very real science. She says that - based on long cycles of earth's evolution - we are now in for a relatively long period of comparative calm regarding major earth-shattering events.

 

By becoming conscious of the truth about what really happened in our very recent history, we can stop letting the media and other *Powers that Be* jerk us around based on our wounding and our unconscious fear-based reactive state. They, whoever 'they' are, are using our vulnerability/lack of awareness to further their own gains.

 

To empower ourselves and get the creative juices flowing on this subject, we could start with SYMBOLS. Symbols are the quickest way to speak to the subconscious mind - they are subliminal and very powerful in setting trends.  First we need to look around us and see what potentially unhealthy symbols are being proffered as the archetypes of the new age.

 

The most obvious one is the TWIN TOWERS coming down on September 1, 2001. This image has been BURNED into our brains. If you are familiar with the tarot deck, the image of the twin towers coming down is eerily like the TOWER CARD, complete with the ghastly image of people jumping out of the skyscraper. This is a violent, deeply traumatic image that triggers us mercilessly. Do we want this to be the symbol for our new era?

 

As the odometer of the ages turns over, Corporate Logos are ubiquitous symbols which are burned into our brains on a daily basis, repetitively, hypnotically. These symbols are legion but we could study them for clues and to find the antidote for those that don't support life or help humanity to thrive.

 

 

Destructive alien movies, starring horrific reptilian alien monsters, are imprinting us in frightening ways right now. Do we really need to use this image/symbol as we begin our exploration of the universe? Must all extra-terrestrial life be hell-bent on destroying us?

 

The New Aquarian Trans-Human

What can we replace these symbols with? How about 'The New Aquarian Trans-human' - an evolved species of humanity - which operates from a higher mental plane while at the same time being lit with the light of love in a carbon body.  

 

The quintessential Aquarian symbol is, of course, the Waterbearer. Interestingly, at the dawning of the Age of Pisces, Jesus gave a vision of the following Age of Aquarius when, in Luke 22:10 he told his Disciples: 'When ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in." Somewhere in our current zeitgeist there is a symbol forming that looks something like this:

 

 

 

 

The Statue of Liberty is another penultimate Aquarian symbol, as is the DNA double helix.

 

   

 

We can also use the images of diversity in race, creed, culture and species portrayed in the 'Star Trek' television series and 'Star Wars' movies - both are Aquarian phenomena if ever anything was:

The other thing we can do is to continue to organize global higher-consciousness/ meditation events - with special intent concerning the symbols of the Aquarian Age. Then, what is possibly being done in secret can be trumped by the positive energy of the MOST of us who don't want another 2,000 years of misogyny, war and the unrelenting destruction of the earth.

 

On the one hand, there is time, perhaps as much as 9 decades (like the pregnancy cycle of 9 months) to set the tone for the Aquarian Age. But what we do now, swimming in a melting pot of competing energies, will set the intent and plant the seeds.

 

Perhaps we need a Global Aquarian Symbol Board to plan how we would like to seize the flux of currently malleable energy. And perhaps we can dovetail this group with the Global Calendar Reform Board. Anyone have any ideas?
