Hi everyone, how are you? As you know we experienced a very powerful Total Solar Eclipse in Scorpio on November 13/14, 2012, which I dubbed the Aboriginal Total Solar Eclipse in my previous newsletter series because its shadow fell over sacred Aboriginal lands in Australia. Since eclipses always come in pairs, as sure as day follows night, we will have another eclipse on the Full Moon this Wednesday November 28, 2012. This is a kind of partial lunar eclipse known as a Penumbral (or Appulse) Lunar Eclipse. It is a very, very subtle eclipse astronomically; however it resonates deeply on an unconscious level and completes the circuit which began with the powerful November 13/14 eclipse. 

In addition, this Lunar Eclipse radiates the power of the fixed star Aldebaran, the Eye of the Bull, which has been known for centuries as a keeper of tremendous Revelation and Illumination. Known as the Eye of the Buddha, Aldebaran is also associated with the Archangel Michael, Guardian of the East.

For the past two weeks we have been in a kind of holding pattern which we like to call The Time Between Eclipses:

In a Total Solar Eclipse or TSE (for us right now the TSE occurred on November 13/14, 2012) "the emotional habits and patterns that served us up to that point were broken down and new ones were demanded by circumstances." As a result, for the past two weeks, "the egocentric, opportunistic, and emotional needs of the past, rear up from within. This gives us an opportunity to look at where the habits and actions of the past have brought us. After wallowing in this for a couple of weeks, there is a Lunar Eclipse (for us right now it is on November 28, 2012) - i.e. the Sun blocks the Moon - and our solar-spiritual vision returns. This can put us back on track. The emotional Lunar emphasis gives way to the reinstatement of the Solar Will and Purpose. The emotions, ego needs, and karmic forces that were aroused by the Solar Eclipse will slowly recede into the background. It is now possible to free yourself from the power of the Ego. It is important that you move forward and open to a new way of being." - Lynn Bell)

And so with this week's Appulse Lunar Eclipse, the pressure will let up a bit. But not before the Cosmos milks another opportunity to help us evolve!

As a result, there is much to consider with the November Partial Lunar Eclipse, but first I thought it would be good to review the Scorpionic and Aboriginal Total Solar Eclipse of November 13/14, especially in pictures, which speak wordlessly and profoundly to us of the energy held by that black hole of transformation inherent in the eclipsing of the Sun by the Moon.

So this newsletter will be in 4 PARTS: 2 parts will focus on the November 13/14 Total Solar Eclipse - first as a Scorpionic initiation, and second, as an Aboriginal illumination. In addition, 2 parts will focus on the November 28 Appulse Lunar Eclipse - first, the path of its shadow over Appalachia, and second, its relationship with the Eye of the Buddha, the Eye of Illumination and Revelation.

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTS: Some have asked me when a follow-up consult is appropriate.
