In Buddhist tradition, eclipses are observed as high holy days because they amplify our prayers and intent exponentially. What we hold in our thought and intention at these times reverberates throughout time, space and all dimensions. - Allison Rae
Eclipses amplify whatever we're doing by millions of times. So make good karma nowand try not to be harmful in any way. Say your prayers, make your wishes, do your mantras, and sing your chants before you go to bed. - Vickie Noble
There is not enough negativity in the entire world that can eclipse the power of one pure, positive thought.

We are standing within an eclipse vortex. As the quotes above suggest, what we think and feel are always important - but especially so when under an eclipse (which is unstable energy with great potential). And so, as we asked previously in this newsletter, how can resist tumbling into fear, especially the 2012 fear programming from our media. It's not easy to stay out of fear when everything is crumbling around you.
To answer that, here's another question for you: Which timeline are you energizing? Madeline Gerwick describes a process for anchoring the feeling of safety and other positive experiences:
"This process is from The Isaiah dead sea scroll, and is an ancient technology that works miracles. If you want to learn more about it, read 'The Isaiah Effect' by Gregg Braden. Basically, all possibilities already exist in various different timelines. The Universe, God, Goddess, etc has already answered all prayers and created all possibilities. We activate the timeline we're living in through our thoughts and feelings. When we FEEL stressed, we create more stress. When we FEEL happy, we create more happiness. When we FEEL joyful about something now, even though it's in the future, we bring that future to us." - Madeline Gerwick http://bit.ly/TrfuG9
This is the stuff of the new Aquarian world that is taking shape now. Working with timelines - all in a day's work for your average Aquarian. But it has a truly homey, Cancerian application. We can use this process to create safety and refuge from fear. So right now, we have to find a way to FEEL SAFE. To feel protected. To feel hopeful for our rebuilding on firm ground. To feel the love of those near and far who are helping and caring with thought, prayers and hands-on assistance.
No matter what your circumstances are - whether you've been hit with earth changes and devastation of one sort or another (economic, physical, emotional etc) - you can ease your own suffering and help all of humanity by taking some time to get into a space of feeling safe and protected by seen and unseen forces.
Do whatever you can, reach for a thought or a person or a place or an activity (in the eye of the storm) that will make you feel safe. It could be a teddy bear, a hot cup of coffee from your favorite neighborhood coffee shop, or from the Red Cross. It could be a hug, watching hopeful stories in the media concerning the storm (focus on the positive stories as soon as you can), listening to your favorite music, talking with a friend about your fears - someone who can ground you and remind you that you are going to be ok.
Then take one small moment to go within, breathing deeply, and drop your consciousness down into your heart where Spirit lives. Think of something or someone you love, or of a time when you felt happy, loved, safe and secure. Remember that time you sat by a roaring fire with friends or family by your side? Remember when your kitten curled up with you on the couch? Remember having a hot cup of tea and reading a good book or sharing conversation with a friend?
When you capture and feel and radiate that feeling of safety, then say to yourself: I AM SAFE. I AM PROTECTED. I AM SUPPORTED AND SURROUNDED BY LOVE AND ASSISTANCE. ALL IS WELL. ALREADY HAPPENED. ALREADY HERE.
Then you can pay it forward and help others around you. We are seeing communities coming together as people reach out to each other in this disaster. Compassionate service --- loving, caring for and helping others (beginning with nurturing self love) --- is the key to untangling all of our human problems.
