Spotlight on the Catalytic Grant Announcement
On November 5th, St. Ambrose and Belair-Edison Neighborhoods, Inc. (BENI) were joined by Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, NeighborWorks America, community artists, business stakeholders, Belair-Edison residents, and supporters for the announcement of the NeighborWorks Cataltyic Grant to 'move the needle' in Belair-Edison.
