Home Preservation Workshops will be held in September for Wells Fargo customers (click for details).

Workshops are a great opportunity for customers to meet one-on-one with a bank representative to discuss their mortgage situation and identify options.

Workshops are NOT  just for homeowners who are behind on payments.

Wells Fargo is one of five banks that agreed to the Attorney General's Mortgage Servicing Settlement (for latest settlement information click here). There are relief options for homeowners in a variety of situations.  For example: interest rate reduction for borrowers current with payments, but underwater on their mortgage.
