The Neighborhood Design Center provides pro bono design and planning services to local nonprofits. St. Ambrose is pleased to be working with NDC to re-imagine our public spaces to better serve our clients.
St. Ambrose has been in the neighborhoods of Barclay, Midway, Old Goucher for more than 40 years -- in that time more than 100,000 clients have come through the doors and benefited from our services.
Greetings! Did you know that even if you are current on your mortgage, you may be eligible for financial relief as part of the Attorney General's settlement with five major mortgage servicers?
Below you will find up-to-date information about the settlement, and links to more information. One important thing to note: Beware of Scams. Help is Free, beware of anyone asking for money to assist you with the settlement.
If you find this information useful, someone else might too, so pass it along.

In 2007, Congress created the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) to encourage people to enter and continue to work full-time in public service jobs.
Under the program, borrowers may qualify for forgiveness of balances on student loans because they chose jobs in public service.
Parents who work in public sector jobs who are paying their child's student loans may also be eligible. On January 31, 2012, the U. S. Department of Education released an Employment Certification Package to help borrowers track their progress. You can download the materials at PSLF online.
