October 29 - November 4
Cycle Studio Thursday, November 1, 7pm - Tri Cycle Class (Fall II session). This class focuses on specific cycling skill sets needed for optimal performance in the bike leg of triathlons, including fixed interval sets, ladders, superspins, standing sprints, tempo sets, one-leg spinning drills, and recovery.
Thursdays, 7:00-8:00pm
Nov 1 - Dec 20
$24 RecPlex member, $34 non-member
Individual classes available on drop-in basis ($10/$15) 

 

Water Running Class Graphic Saturday, November 3, 7am - Running Water Class. Take your running shoes off & jump in the pool.  Great for runners who need to take a break from the pavement or are recovering from an injury.

Participants should wear water shoes, aqua socks, or similar to protect the feet during class.   

November Session: November 3 & 10

Saturdays, 7:00-8:00am 

Fee: $19 RecPlex member, $29 non-member
Individual classes available on drop-in basis ($10/$15) 

 

Sunday, November 4, 7am - Indoor Triathlon Prep Training (drop-in). These workouts will prepare you for our Indoor Triathlons; each session will cover aspects of the Indoor Tri's swim, bike, run & transitions. Nov 4 class - bike & run. Meet in the Spin Studio at 7:00.
Individual classes available on drop-in basis ($10/$15)

 

Spin Class Sunday, November 4, 8:30am - Cycle, Run, RepeatAerobic & anaerobic cycling workout plus run intervals. For triathletes, this brick workout modification will help improve the anaerobic & muscular endurance you need for racing.  

November Session:  November 4, 11, 25

Sundays,  8:30-10:00am
Fee:  $29 RecPlex member, $39 non-member

November 5 - 11
