CARSTAR Canada's Hamilton multi-store owners have joined the first wave of stores to become ProFirst certified stores by Honda Canada. This is a certification that demonstrates to customers that a collision repair centre meets or surpasses Honda's high standards of safety and customer service.

"When Honda introduced ProFirst, we were eager to work with our local dealership," says Remo Mercanti, who along with his brother Sam and Remo Mercanti own and operate the two collision centres. "We are committed to providing our customers with the best and safest repairs and for Honda customers this means being ProFirst Certified."
