Real Estate Negotiation and Mediation*
Good negotiations require mediators who know how to navigate between tenant and landlord, balancing each party's needs and agendas.  In this clinic, participants will receive a solid introduction to the challenges underlying the competing needs unique to today's commercial real estate market.  

Some important issues to understand include property components, standard lease covenants, and construction and maintenance issues.  Participants will be introduced to:  
  • An overview of commercial real estate
  • Leases and negotiation
  • Components of property management, construction and maintenance

Elizabeth Moulton       
A native San Franciscan, Elizabeth Moulton is experienced and accomplished with outstanding management skills and ability to direct and run large projects as well as small.  She has over ten years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in property management and all its critical components: marketing, leasing, consulting for landlord strategy, redevelopment, contract negotiation and mediation.

Along with tenant advisement, Elizabeth has worked with numerous nonprofits, business owners, and affordable housing developers.  With degrees in the legal field, she is also noted for her public speaking skills.
