Ocean Mall Update:
The two buildings have now been torn down (the old Buddy's bldg. is gone) and paving for the extended parking area should begin soon.
Three new businesses: a Bagel Shop, Real Estate office and another restaurant ...coming soon.
Maintenance: the fence will be moved to allow for the sidewalk to be clear of obstruction for everyone to use and they are awaiting quotes from four vendors for window coverings in the vacant store fronts.
[ Editor's note: Thank you to everyone working on this situation! SICA will stay on this and provide updates here for you, as we get them. ]
