THE CITY OF RIVIERA BEACH 

Planning and Zoning Board will be meeting this evening to discuss proposed changes in building codes on Singer Island.   

 

If you are interested in any of the following issues, you should attend the Planning and Zoning meeting at 6:30 Thursday (tonite!). 

 

--How close to the ocean Singer Island resorts and condos can be built

 

--Singer Island resort/condo density (number of units allowed per structure) 

 

--Whether Singer Island hotels can post signs for their shops and restaurants that are visible from the public street

 

...Proposed regulations on each of these issues (and more) will be discussed.
