CommUNITY Feedback from the May 9th eNews:
Riviera Beach Planning and Zoning voted 4-3 opposing the proposed 7-11 Project What do you think about this issue? .
From Toni A - Sugar Sands: I oppose the 7-11 if it's located at 2600 Broadway. We already have a gas station and a Walgreens on that corner. We do not need more of the same at that intersection. However, I don't object to 7-11 in general; elsewhere on Broadway would be good. There are several lots available to the north and south of Blue Heron.
From Carl W. - blue heron/rt 1 - There are few businesses that would be suitable for the corner. Its use as presented seems to be a good match
From Carmine A - I am opposed to putting a 7-11 at that location
QUESTION: How about "our" Ocean Mall?
From Fern680 - when is this mall expecting to have some tenants ???
