Thursday April 24, 2014: Planning & Zoning Meeting for a Proposed 7- Eleven Convenience Store with 12 fuel pumping stations at the northeast Corner of Blue Heron Blvd. and Broadway; currently a two story vacant office building previously occupied by BB&T Bank. This proposed use would comply with the City's Land Development Regulations, if a Special Exception approval is granted by Planning & Zoning and City Council. Saturday's meetings will be a great opportunity to ask Congressman Murphy questions in regards to these issues and/or voice your opinions on important issues relating to Singer Island!
