The Marina Referendum - was challenged in court over wording: The Judge ruled IN FAVOR of Riviera Beach and the Referendum. The Marina referendum had been approved in a landslide victory with a 73% (yes) vs 24% (no) vote. Singer Island had a 40.6% voter turnout, and cast 40% of all the YES votes, AND 36.2% of ALL VOTES CAST in the special election!
