The Ultimate Prize: Control of Petroleum--or Control of Petro Currency?

The Muslim faith is divided into two primary sects:  Sunni and Shiite.  They've been at each other's throat since the death of the prophet Mohammed in the 7^th century.  Their disagreement is religious and goes to which sect acquired legitimate authority over the Muslim faith after Mohammed died.  The two sects can go through generations when they peacefully coexist.  But every so often, they wage holy war against each other.

ZeroHedge.com recently commented on rising Middle East tensions:

"What's changed [in the Middle East] is the perception that the USA has any role to play any longer even in the diplomatic theatrics. The Middle East is disintegrating faster than any polity in historical memory. It appears that, if anything, the USA has only succeeded in accelerating the process wherever we turn our attentions."

The US government directly supports the Sunni rebels in Syria and thereby indirectly supports the Sunni rebels in Iraq-all the while claiming to support the Shiite government of Iraq. 

Our gov-co is playing both ends against the middle.  It's fanning the flames of war from both sides.  I see only two plausible explanations for this seemingly contradictory behavior: 

1) our government is incredibly stupid, grossly incompetent and is therefore accidentally precipitating holy war in the Middle East; or

2) our government knows exactly what it's doing and is intentionally scheming to cause holy war in the Middle East between Sunni Muslims and Shiite Muslims. 

As much as I dislike our government, I don't believe it's as stupid and incompetent as it often appears. 

Therefore, I conclude that the correct explanation for our government's current conduct in the Middle East must be explanation #2.  Our government is intentionally working to pit Sunnis against Shiites in a widespread Middle East holy war that will cause Muslims to kill Muslims, subject much of the Middle East to chaos, raise the price of crude oil at the same time that the US is becoming a major exporter of crude oil; and help protect Israel from any unified threat from the Muslim peoples.

* There's an ancient maxim of war:  Divide and conquer.

Thanks to ancient tensions between Sunnis and Shiites, Muslims are being violently "divided".   It remains to be seen if they will subsequently be "conquered". 

But if Middle East nations are to be divided and then conquered, we might ask "conquered by whom"? 

The United States military could barely handle Iraq.  The US is not willing or even able to unilaterally put enough boots on the ground to take control of the entire Middle East. 

There's no other single nation that might be able to move in to "conquer" a "divided" Middle East.

*  In theory, it might be possible that a "divided" Middle East to be effectively "conquered" by private corporations drilling for crude oil.  But the Middle East is so inherently unstable and violent that I doubt that any group of private corporations could unilaterally enforce a "peace" in the Middle East sufficient to allow corporations to steal and sell Middle East crude oil. 

If private corporations could "conquer" the Middle East it would only be with the assistance of some superior political power able to deploy enough military force to hold the Muslims in line.   But, even with the assistance of the US military, I doubt that any coalition of oil-producing corporations could be strong enough to impose "peace" on the Middles East.

Corporations won't conquer the Middle East.

*  However fantastic the idea may be, it's conceivable that a coalition of nations-say, Russia, China, the United States and perhaps the European Union (all acting for "humanitarian" reasons, of course) might move into the Middle East and partition that region into several administrative "districts"-just as the European powers partitioned the Middle East after WWI and the collapse of the Ottoman Empire.  Each of these "humanitarian" nations would take responsibility for controlling those districts and imposing peace. 

Here, the word "peace" would be defined as "the uninterrupted flow of cheap crude oil out of Middle-East to be sold at low prices to the world's major powers."

All, for humanitarian reasons, of course. 

And, of course, it would only be fair that those "humanitarian" nations imposing "peace" on the Middle East would be allowed to take a fat slice of the crude oil being pumped out of the Middle East.   After all, it costs money to be a "humanitarian peacekeeper" so it's only fair that the nations imposing "peace" in the Middle East be compensated for their expenses.

Whether those four "humanitarian" nations would eventually go to World War against each other in the Middle East is an intriguing question-especially in light of End Times prophecies seen in the Bible.  I'll leave that rabbit trail for another day.

This is a fantastic hypothesis.  Today's "great powers" are so disparate and antagonistic that it's hard to imagine them working together to rob Middle East crude oil.  But that's pretty much what happened in the aftermath of WWI-the "great powers" of that time worked together to gang up on, divide, partition, and rob, the Middle East.

It's been done before, it could be done again.

*  It's also conceivable that, in midst of widespread chaos caused by a Middle-East, Muslim holy war, the United Nations might send in enough multi-national troops to impose peace in the Middle East.  If the Shiites and Sunnis killed enough of themselves, the Arab people might welcome the UN. 

The world would cheer if the UN brought "peace" (the uninterrupted flow of cheap crude oil) to the Middle East.

The net result of a UN-occupation and imposition of peace might not be the renewed partition of the Middle East, but rather a kind of imposed "unification" where the Middle East became a regional "protectorate".  There'd still be individual nations like Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.  But they'd all be subservient to the UN. 

Such subservience would mean that UN would control how much crude oil each Middle East "nation" pumped and sold into the world markets.  If the UN could control the Middle East's production and sale of crude oil, the UN would acquire an enormous source of revenue and power to elevate it far above its current status as a glorified debating society.   The UN would have real power and a genuine foundation for New World Order.

More, suppose the UN or any other coalition of major powers could "unify" the modern Middle East-much as the Ottoman Empire (A.D. 1299-1922) once unified the Middle East.  Suppose the UN/coalition gained control of Middle East oil production.  Then, the UN/coalition could introduce its own petro-currency and use it to replace the fiat dollar as world reserve currency.

I'm not saying that today's Great Powers currently intend to "divide and conquer" the Middle East in order to issue a new petro-currency.  Saying so might foster a fantastic conspiracy theory.   But I am saying that this fantastic speculation (control of the Middle East is less about control of crude oil than control of a "petro-currency") makes for an interesting hypothesis.  

*  In fact, if you like fantasy, consider the ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) rebels who are Sunnis fighting to overcome the Shiite governments of Syria and Iraq and then unite those two nations.  Their express objective is to unify the Middle East under the control of a single, Muslim "Caliphate" modeled on the former Ottoman Empire.  It's reported that some middle-east rebels (like ISIS) receive funds, training and weapons from the CIA.  

If ISIS succeeded in reestablishing a "Caliphate," there'd be a single authority ruling the entire Middle East.  That single authority could issue a new petro-currency to replace the flagging fiat dollar.

Note that in A.D. 1971, President Nixon closed the "gold window" and the US dollar became a pure fiat currency.  Afterwards, the fiat US fiat dollar seemed to continue to serve as World Reserve Currency.  But was the World Reserve Currency really the fiat dollar backed only by the "full faith and credit of the American people"?  Or was the World Reserve Currency the "petro-dollar" backed by the crude oil of Saudi Arabia, OPEC and virtually all of the Middle East oil producing nations?

Suppose that, technically speaking, the real "World Reserve Currency" for the past 40 years was not the fiat dollar, but was the "petro-dollar".   If that were true, would the New World Order have loyalty to the fiat dollar or to the Middle East as the primary source of "petro" in the "petro-currency"?

If that were true, would the primary objective for control of the Middle East be to control the flow of crude oil?  Or might that objective be the control and issuance of a new "petro-currency" able to 1) replace the fiat dollar; 2) serve as a new global reserve currency; and 3) provide a financial foundation for the New World Order?       

*  A new "Caliphate" over the Middle East would surely claim to be a devoted Muslim institution.  But, at the top, might a new Caliphate be controlled by the CIA or some agency of the New World Order?   (After all, the CIA is already supporting ISIS-and thus, supporting the movement for a new Caliphate.)

Is it possible that a restored "Caliphate" is more a dream of the CIA and/or New World Order than a dream of Muslims?

*  Historically, the maxim "Divide and conquer" doesn't stand alone.

It's followed by a second maxim:  "Unite and rule".  

It appears possible for the Middle East to become "divided" by Muslim holy war.  Is that division intended by Israel, the US, the New World Order and/or the remaining major power to implement some sort of "conquest" of the Middle East nations?  Or is that potential division primarily intended implement some sort ultimate unification of the Middle East that would not only allow unified control of Middle East crude oil, but also the issuance of a new global "petro-currency" backed by Middle East crude oil?

*  Of course, I'm just spitballin' here.  I'm not making any predictions.  I'm jus' sayin' "What if?"

In fact, the probability of a "unified" Middle East is low.  Some Sunni and Shiite Muslims hate each other almost as much (maybe more) than the hate Jews.

The only way a unified Middle East might emerge is in the aftermath of a truly horrific regional war.  Such war couldn't be fought by mere, blood-thirsty Muslims eager to behead their enemies (which is an interesting threat but not particularly terrifying unless it's your head they're eager to chop). 

A Middle East war sufficiently horrific to justify regional unification would have to involve the detonation of several nuclear weapons by two or more Middle East nations.    We'd have to see something like a nuclear WWIII erupt in the Middle East before we could expect Middle East unification. 

I'd bet we'd have to see at least three major Middle East cities "nuked".  We'd have to know that the resulting casualties ran into several hundred thousands, and perhaps a few million.  Then, even the Muslim psychopaths might be willing to lay down their scimitars and consent to regional unification.

I don't expect a nuclear WWIII to break out between Sunni and Shiite nations anytime soon-if ever.

At least, I don't expect that sort of war to break out among Muslims without some outside "help" from Israel, the US or even the New World Order.  

But if a false flag event occurred where a nuclear device exploded in a major Sunni or Shiite city (or especially at a major Sunni/Shiite religious shrine) that could be blamed on one of those competing sects, Katy bar the door.  Heads would roll.  Big time. 

Or, at least they'd roll until a second or third nuclear device exploded and even the Muslim fanatics decided it was time to play nice.

*  ZeroHedge.com continues:

"Since the 1970s, we haven't felt the ultimate consequence of trouble in that part of the world, which would be an interruption in the oil supply coming out of there.  Back then, there might have been something we could do about it. Now there is nothing we can do but stand on the sidelines and wait."

It's true that there's virtually nothing our government can do to restore peace in the Middle East.  But, if the Bible is true and our leaders shout, "Peace, Peace-but there is no peace," why not row with the flow towards war?

I.e., even if our gov-co is powerless to restore peace in the Middle East, it's not true that there's nothing gov-co can do but stand by helplessly and wait.

What our government does have power to do and, at least, appears to already be doing, is fan the flames of holy war between Sunni's and Shiites, and thereby collapse the Middle East into chaos.  

Our gov-co may be powerless to bring peace to the Middle East.  But, acting on behalf of special interests and/or the New World Order, our gov-co is not powerless to bring war.

Conventional wisdom indicates that the real prize in the Middle East control of the production of crude oil.  Conventional wisdom is probably right. 

But, is it possible that the primary value of controlling the Middle East may be the control over issuance of the world's next petro-currency?

Inquiring minds . . . , etc.

We shall see.

IN THE NEWS...

We are told since June 2009, the U.S. economy has generated 7.8 million jobs.

 But the gains haven't been spread evenly across the country. Some states have boomed. Others have struggled to add jobs.

North Dakota, benefiting from an oil and gas drilling boom, has created nearly 98,000 jobs over the past five years, a 27 percent increase -- by far the best in the country.

New Mexico, hard hit by federal spending cuts, is the only state that has lost jobs since the recession ended.

State performance in job creation defies political categories. The big winners over the past five years include Republican-dominated red states such as Texas and Democratic-dominated blue ones such as California.

Likewise, the laggards include red (Alabama, Arkansas) and blue (New Jersey, New Mexico) states.

The Labor Department released job figures for June on Friday, allowing an assessment of how states have done in this economic recovery.

Compared to May,  33 states added jobs and 17 lost them last month. The unemployment rate dropped in 22 states from May to June, rose in 14 and stayed the same in 14. Mississippi and Rhode Island have the nation's highest unemployment rates, both at 7.9 percent. North Dakota has the lowest rate, at 2.7 percent. Most states still don't have as many jobs as they had when the recession started.

Tea party groups' lawsuit against IRS over reported extra scrutiny moves forward

A federal judge is allowing a lawsuit filed by 10 tea party groups to move forward against the Internal Revenue Service. Judge Susan Dlott (duh-LOT') on Thursday declined a request by the federal government to dismiss claims that the IRS subjected conservative groups to additional scrutiny when they applied for tax-exempt status. That means attorneys for the tea party groups can seek evidence from the government to prove their case, and it can go to trial. Dlott did dismiss one of the tea party groups' claims, ruling that they couldn't pursue allegations of privacy violations on behalf of their individual members. The Justice Department didn't immediately respond to a request for comment Friday.

Obama administration approves sonic cannons, reopening US Eastern Seaboard to oil exploration

The Obama administration is reopening the Eastern Seaboard to offshore oil and gas exploration, announcing final approval Friday of sonic cannons that can pinpoint energy deposits deep beneath the ocean floor.

The decision promises to create plenty of jobs and thrills the oil industry, but dismays environmentalists worried about the immediate impact as well as the long-term implications of oil development.

The cannons fill waters shared by whales and turtles with sound waves 100 times louder than a jet engine.

The U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management's approval of this technology is the first step toward identifying new oil and gas deposits in federal waters from Florida to Delaware.

The sonic cannons are towed behind boats and emit strong pulses of sound every 10 seconds or so, reverberating beneath the sea floor and bouncing back to the surface, where they are measured by hydrophones. Computers then translate the data into high resolution, three-dimensional images.

"It's like a sonogram of the earth," said Andy Radford, a petroleum engineer at the American Petroleum Institute, an oil and gas trade association in Washington DC. "You can't see the oil and gas, but you can see the structures in the earth that might hold oil and gas."

The sonic cannons can be fired consistently for weeks or months depending on the project, and pose real dangers for whales, fish and sea turtles that also use sound to communicate across hundreds of miles. In an environmental impact study of the project, the U.S. government estimates that more than 138,000 sea creatures could be harmed.

Of foremost concern are endangered species like the north Atlantic right whale, with a total population of about 500. The whales use the seas off of northern Florida and southern Georgia to give birth to their calves before their migration north.  any impact from this intense noise pollution on feeding or communications could have long-term effects, Scott Kraus, a right whale expert at the John H. Prescott Marine Laboratory in Boston, said.

"No one has been allowed to test anything like this on right whales," Kraus said of the seismic cannons. "(The Obama administration) has authorized a giant experiment on right whales that this country would never allow researchers to do.

I never believed Hillary would run in 2016.   Both her and Bill have way too much baggage to be elected.  However I believe who ever Hillary gets behind, whom she supports will be the next President.  I have said this for over a year.  Elizabeth Warren fits the bill.  Our only hope is that the conservative base won't be fooled again.....Fool me once shame on you....Fool me twice.....Shame on me.                                                             

Watch Elizabeth Warren give a speech to her fold, and you realize she's one of the rare Democrats who can excite her base in the same way Ted Cruz or Dr. Ben Carson can excite their own. As Politico's Katie Glueck wrote on Friday, liberals' minds may be with Hillary Clinton, but their hearts lie with Warren.

Speaking on Friday at Netroots Nation, a convention for liberal bloggers and activists, Warren got the crowd more fired. In her speech, Warren outlined more clearly than other Democrats the social issues that galvanize progressives. Her performance was reminiscent of a certain other young senator in 2008.

"What are our values?" Warren asked the audience, some of whom held up "Run Liz Run" signs. "What does it mean to be a progressive?"

She went on to outline 11 tenets of progressivism.

- "We believe that Wall Street needs stronger rules and tougher enforcement, and we're willing to fight for it."

- "We believe in science, and that means that we have a responsibility to protect this Earth."

- "We believe that the Internet shouldn't be rigged to benefit big corporations, and that means real net neutrality."

- "We believe that no one should work full-time and still live in poverty, and that means raising the minimum wage."

- "We believe that fast-food workers deserve a livable wage, and that means that when they take to the picket line, we are proud to fight alongside them."

- "We believe that students are entitled to get an education without being crushed by debt."

- "We believe that after a lifetime of work, people are entitled to retire with dignity, and that means protecting Social Security, Medicare, and pensions."

- "We believe-I can't believe I have to say this in 2014-we believe in equal pay for equal work."

- "We believe that equal means equal, and that's true in marriage, it's true in the workplace, it's true in all of America."

- "We believe that immigration has made this country strong and vibrant, and that means reform."

- "And we believe that corporations are not people, that women have a right to their bodies. We will overturn Hobby Lobby and we will fight for it. We will fight for it!"

5) Harry Reid - "Our Southern Border is Secure..."   He might as well have said: "There is absolutely no fire anywhere" while oozing, 3^rd degree burn victims clog the streets.

4) Lois Lerner - "My computer crashed and I lost 2 years worth of emails." Dogs eat homework and IRS computers are apparently magic...eating only emails that Congress demands. Try having lost your documents or saying your computer failed with all your files if the IRS comes after you.

3) Pentagon - They give pink slips to thousands of military officers mostly in active duty serving their country now. They then dare to reinstate to active duty Muslim radical and military deserter Sgt. Bergdahl - Shame! If the Pentagon leadership had any guts and valor they would revolt against Obama's orders and pressure to fire the good guys and reinstate the very bad guy. Stand and revolt!

2) Eric Holder - He wants gun owners to wear RFID bracelets and has even told Congress that Obama and him have been planning and thinking about this for a long time. Apparently, 'bitter clinger' gun and Bible owners like myself are like dogs who must be put on a leash with a zapper collar that Holder and Obama controls. They can kiss my grits! Don't ever register your guns or submit to any stupid RFID bracelet or ID. Refuse to answer UN Constitutional probing gun questions by Doctors or Mental health specialists about your guns and don't turn your guns in anywhere.

1) Grand prize - Barack Hussein Obama - His latest treachery is a full on attack on our country by masterminding the illegal and deadly invasion of thousands at our borders. These are gang bangers, druggies and other flavors of criminals and mostly 13 or older. They are peppered with serious and deadly diseases. Sources are saying Obama is busing them to small and large communities all across the country in the cover of darkness. He has been encouraging and planning for this treasonous invasion for years. Schools, resources and small towns are trying to figure out how to financially, legally and physically absorb this brazen and forced assault on their struggling communities by this President. Obama has also made sure that his controlled TSA allows illegal aliens to get on planes without ID. Never mind the rest of us who can barely get on a plane without first going threw the 'nuddie machine' 'being groped' let alone having our purses dumped out and searched.

It is more then past time for REVOLT BY THE PEOPLE AND OUR MILITARY

This is the systematic dismantling of America and our freedom, not just stupid moves by a few progressive liberals. This will be deadly and permanent if we don't wake up and revolt now everywhere possible.

The only option is to vote right and stand on all fronts. Get passionate and focus your anger or you will be destroyed.

* Exercise your first amendment rights everywhere you can and loudly.

* Exercise your religious speech rights and loudly.

* Exercise your 2^nd amendment rights and be ready to fight for your freedom if necessary.

* Push hard locally and at the state level for your 10^th amendment rights. Demand protection from your Sheriffs, militias and Governor against federal intrusion, over reach and bogus arrests that will come.

* Demand from you Rep. and Senator real border security.

* Demand leaders of the military to rise up and protect their own and our Constitution. * Demand that our House and Senate impeach Obama and Holder now and do real investigations that lead to arrests with the NSA, IRS, EPA and illegal and UN Constitutional actions (non stop) of Barack Hussein Obama.

It is high time to STAND and REVOLT. We are Americans not Obama's slaves and game tokens.

THE WORLD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

In 2013 young people all over the world met at their Youth Conference in Istanbul. In May 2014 the conference was held in Sri Lanka. Why? Because they want a different life, they envision change and they are organizing groups all over the world to help make change happen. This organization advocates human rights; democracy and a world that will come together just like the Beatles song. Their theme is "Young Energy for Europe." About 1,500 participants and delegates meet annually and they have formed an independent international youth task force. Discussions focus on global change making the world a better place especially for the youth of society. The areas they discuss and have targeted are:

1. Good government that is accountable
2. Human rights and globalized youth programs
3. Steps to end systemic corruption
4. Gender equality and a way to remove the limitations on youth and empower them
5. Equal access to quality education
6. Full-time employment and entrepreneurship
7. Poverty eradication and food security
8. A better health system
9. Environment protection and youth centered urbanization
10. Peace and an end to violence
11. Ensuring recreation and sports for all cultures

How are they going about this? They are creating centers all over the world to rehabilitate (or brainwash) youth. Young people learn how to become motivated and passionate about the cause and replace bad habits (i.e. smoking, drinking and drugs) with a healthier lifestyle. I'm not against healthier lifestyles but I am against hypocrisy. There's no doubt that these youth centers are training centers for school studies covering many topics including taxes and data collection. On the surface this looks and sounds good but is it? Let's find out.

8 MILLENNIUM GOALS

The ages of the youth at the conference and training centers range from 13 to 24. The training the youth are getting is part of what the organization calls Eight Millennium Development Goals. These goals are from the United Nations Millennium Declaration and also include reducing child mortality (probably with vaccines), combat HIV/AIDS, malaria and other disease (with bio weapon vaccines) and to develop a global partnership. The World Bank, International Monetary Fund and the African Development Bank are funding the UN's Millennium Goals, which the youth organizations are adopting. Other world organizations supporting the UN's Millennium Goals are the Global Poverty Project, the Micha Challenge, The Youth in Action EU Program, Cartoons in Action Video Project and the Visions of Hope Global Art Project. The UN calls these goals MDG's for Millennium Declaration Goals and the youth organizations also use the same terminology. It sounds so lovely doesn't it to declare world peace, individual dignity, freedom, equality, a basic standard of living for all, tolerance and solidarity. They just described Utopia.    

THE BIG THREE

In order for the UN and the Youth Organizations of the world to pull their agenda together they have to coordinate the three aspects of society; social (or moral/religion), economic (financial markets/banking) and political (governments). No sweat right? In order to make this global remake equal for all they have to remove all boundaries and restructure religion, banking/finance and nations/governments. They need a global partnership for this to develop and work. This will require tight regulations and control such as in the Food Harmonization Codex. Where's the freedom in that?  Everyone will be told where to live, what occupation they'll have, what they can eat, and wear environment approved clothing and transportation (the bus or subway because you won't be living in the country). There will be a basic standard of living alright; everyone will be equally destitute. Where is your personal development when the world says you already have global developmental goals? Everyone will have to be on the same page of music if there is to be a Utopia. There will need to be a blending or blurring of cultural lines where everyone is the same. The differences in cultures will be replaced with a global culture; complete with a one world religion, banking system and government. Moral and ethical conduct will be replaced (and are being replaced) with a new set of rules through legislative laws; such as Hate Speech.

THEY DON'T SEE

This "better world campaign" is just that a political campaign to destroy freedom, prosperity and the pursuit of happiness. However, the youth will think they are doing something unselfish and good while they play into the hands of those orchestrating a new world order. The youth don't see the manipulation that is happening and they fail to understand that human nature does not promote a Utopia but will promote a One World Order full of controls and conditions and all without wiping out poverty. How do I know this? Human nature is greedy and power hungry. Millennium Declaration Goals cannot wipe out evil or The Ten Commandments and one nation's attempt to uphold them in the Declaration of Independence would have already done so. Good Vs evil is an ongoing struggle. Evil wins when people fail to uphold good values and are not vigilant at protecting what is good and already established. I'm not saying we should not try to improve our schools and society but in order to accomplish that we must have a good foundation for a healthy society to thrive. Once that good foundation is destroyed you can't build and improve a society. Also, Jesus said we would always have the poor. Where does society's foundation stem from? It stems from ethics and morals which are based in religion. Like it or not, politics and economics reflect religious values and therefore are in themselves are a type of religion. So, getting together like-minded individuals is great but if they have different moral beliefs, which they feel strongly about or if there is some lobbying going on; where does that lead us? It leads to compromises (or as politicians like to say bipartisanship). When you compromise on moral and ethical values you compromise the future. A few people in control of a national government are dangerous however, a few people in charge of a global government is chaos.

PROGRESSIVE CHANGE

You have to wonder about this "change" Obama promotes and is it part of the UN's global architecture? I would say it is. Progressive change helps us to do more and do it more efficiently. Obama's administrative changes do not help us and we are not more efficient. The book of Revelation 13 to 17 teaches that the false profit (who gets his power from Satan) consolidates all the world's religions into one religion. One religion means embracing everything good and bad and offending no one. There will also be one economic and political system which will betray the one-world religion. One thing is for sure, Babylon is three fold; political, financial and religious. 

TARGET OF CHANGE

The target of change is obviously not the Baby Boomers but our youth. So, protect them, enlighten them and hopefully they will not fall into the hands of the power hungry elite. One thing is for sure the elite want the youth to pay their taxes to them and have installed tax obligation training the all the youth centers. Paying 60% or more of your income to government is one reason why we are seeing more American refugees leaving the US for a life somewhere else. This explains the push from government to pressure other countries to report on Americans who have banking abroad. Americans living abroad are supposed to voluntarily file a tax return to the US Treasury even though they have cut ties and left. The percentage of Americans ages 25 to 34 living abroad has risen 5.1%. There are over 6 million Americans not living in America. A recent poll suggests that nearly 40% of Americans wished they lived outside the US. There is a shift from America being the land of jobs and opportunity to Americans leaving to find work. The American job market has outsourced itself. If Americans are not leaving for employment they are leaving to make a political statement.

WHERE ARE AMERICAN'S GOING?

Many are going to Canada or Mexico and others to Australia, New Zealand, Central or South American and Asia. Just ask author John Wennersten who wrote, Leaving America: The New Expatriate Generation. The US government doesn't know how many Americans are leaving due to the fact that their last attempt in 1999 was very expensive to track. However the US estimates between 4 to 7 million have left. According to the Association of Americans Resident Overseas they report that it isn't folks of retirement age that are leaving the US it is adults ages 25 to 34. So the youth centers have to target younger Americans due to this exodus. Apparently England has the same problem.
