|Lutheran Education Association affirms exemplary educators through 12 annual awards. Each award recognizes educational ministry characterized by strong commitment to serving Jesus Christ and excellence and effectiveness in teaching, leadership, and professionalism. Specific qualifications appear in each nomination document.|
LEA confers awards after nominations and nominee self-profiles are considered by a panel of peers, which chooses honorees based on the merits described in supporting documents.
Awards are presented during the year of selection, but all recipients are honored again at LEA's triennial Convocations.
Links below provide copies of award criteria and nomination forms used to identify the 2014 recipients.
Deadline for nominations is October 3, 2013. (Be sure to use the "Confirm Order" button after you've looked at the review sheet on MyLEA. This will submit the nomination to the office.)
|Be Well... Serve Well|

Your participation in this bonus activity must be completed and recorded by November 30. To record your participation, go to BeWellServeWell.com, log in and click "Seasonal Activities."
If you completed the previous two seasonal bonus activities, you have already earned $50 in bonus points, which is the maximum you can earn for the year. You are more than welcome to continue to record your participation in bonus activities, but will not receive any additional points.
Note: The 2013 Be Well Rewards program ends on November 30 (at midnight in your time zone) so plan your activities accordingly!
You must be enrolled in the Concordia Health Plan (CHP) to be eligible to earn rewards through the Be Well Rewards program. If your spouse is enrolled in the CHP, he or she can earn Be Well Rewards dollars too. (CHP members with Medicare supplemental coverage are not eligible.)
