Review the invitation form, below, for all info regarding your precipitation, please read carefully. Look at what you'll need to bring, times, etc. Set up time is critical!
When you arrive, you will see people in lime green t-shirts directing you to various areas. Pay close attention to their directions. They will forward you to another site manager and they will point out your specific space.
At this point, you will unload all your needs for the day and park your vehicle near the event site!
On arrival, you will be given a package, it contains your site location, fill-in receipt, event tickets, wrist bands (right wrist). Go to main ticketing and obtain your event glasses with your green event tickets. Got Questions? Call 804-901-1200!
