ADM Animal Nutrition™ News
Feed & Pet Food
ADM Animal Nutrition Team --
Do you need a great resource to professionally present what ADM offers your key livestock producers and national account contacts?
You know ADM is a leading provider of nutritional supplements and feed for livestock and pets, but do all your business contacts know; both customers and prospects?
The newly updated ADM Ingredients Catalog is a great tool to help you present key company messages, which include but are not limited to:
- ADM is a leading provider of nutritional supplements and feed for livestock.
- ADM is one of the world's largest agricultural processors and ingredient providers. Our global value chain - including corn and oilseed processing, grain milling and commodity merchandising - provides our customers with a dependable supply of ingredients.
- ADM's ingredient offerings and blending services focus on meeting animals' nutritional needs; and as a result our customers can efficiently produce meat, milk and eggs for consumption. It's why ADM Animal Nutrition exists!
- ADM's R&D teams work diligently to overcome customer challenges before they become issues.
Use the ADM Ingredients Catalog to get a pulse on your customer's view of what ADM offers and what that means to their business. Show them the Table of Contents and product portfolio. What a great way to demonstrate no competitor can better meet nutritional needs than ADM! Or ask a prospect, does their current supplier have the level of R&D and technical services like ADM?
ADM will be using the new ADM Ingredients Catalog at key industry events during the first half of this year. We hope you'll also use this great resource and make positive points about ADM with your clientele. It will be beneficial to you, your team, your customers and ADM for all of us to become more and more familiar with all we do to sustain commercial and production agriculture throughout the world.
Interested in receiving copies of the catalog? Contact Kent Egbert.
This presentation folder has recently been updated with the new ADM logo. It is now a 2-panel folder with pockets for inserting documents and is available for order through Business Services. Use for customer presentations, securing business notes and other documents.
ADM Animal Nutrition strives to consistently meet and exceed our customers' needs and expectations. The Commercial Feed Sales Coordinator Teams located in Bluffton, IN, and Quincy, IL, have changed hours to 7:30 am to 4:30 pm EST & CST. This will help coordinate our operating hours with our plant hours.
The new call center hours became effective February 15, 2016. Please contact your Sales Coordinator for placing orders, product information, marketing materials, pricing and formulations inquiries, and promotion details.

The Value of New Technology
Since the introduction of our Parity Plus ® Sow program nearly a year ago, we've continued to see an increase in sales and producer satisfaction. The program was designed around technologies which focused on:
- Heavier pigs at birth and weaning
- Decreased non-productive days
- Better health status
- Better reproductive performance
- Decreased production costs and less involuntary culling
Parity Plus Sow Boost™ 25 (1042AP) contains the same technologies delivered in a product to complement our current grow/finish premixes, base blends and concentrate products. This product allows greater flexibility and the ability to service a large range of customers with different needs/requirements while still delivering the Parity Plus technologies. Examples of mixing directions are below and can also be found on the portal > Parity Plus Sow Boost 25 Ration Options.

Dairy
The following information provided by Bill Earley, Dairy Product Portfolio Manager...
Spring/Summer Dairy Products to Bolster SEMs & Producer Profitability
SEASONAL PRODUCT
| APPLICATION
| Thermal Care™
| Now is the time to begin discussing the benefits and financial returns of Thermal Care with your dealers and dairy producers. Before we know it, heat stress will be upon us, and we want to provide every opportunity to help dairy producers avoid the negative financial impact of heat stress on their herds.
| IGR
| Fly control is essential for optimal productivity and disease control in the dairy herd. From calves, heifers and lactation, dairy animals will benefit from fly relief. Incorporate it into your diets today.
| Spring Deworming
| An effective internal parasite program begins in the spring, especially for heifers that may be out on pasture harboring heavy parasite loads.
| Silage & Hay Preservatives
| Soon producers will be harvesting their first cutting crops of hay and haylage. We have an extensive and effective program to offer dairy producers including Hay Guard®* (50-lb pails, 550-lb drums and 3,300-lb totes) and Silo Guard®* for hay plus various Ecosyl®* products and Silo Guard for hayage and baleage crops.
| Prosponse® Yeast & Buffer Pak Options
| As animals get on new forages or on succulent low-fiber pastures, in addition to the onset of heat stress, overall feed and fiber intake can be compromised. This causes the characteristic seasonal reduction in butterfat which is a critical part of the dairy producer's milk check today. The addition of Prosponse Yeast and/or one of the various Buffer Pak options we offer may help support butterfat production under these seasonal conditions.
| Cation Plus Pak
| Provides sodium and potassium buffers to enhance rumen pH and to help regulate acid-base balance in the cow. The best return on investment in Cation Plus Pak is during periods of heat stress and during early lactation.
| Ultra 1-NS
| Ultra 1-NS (natural solution) provides nutritional support needed to help maintain a healthy rumen, a healthy small and large intestine, to enhance production efficiency, and to optimize feed digestion, particularly when animals are under stress. It is ideal to use when making ration changes (especially forages) and for sick cows and cows off feed.
| Ration Guard®*
| Ration Guard is very effective in reducing secondary heating of TMRs and grain mixes in hot, humid conditions.
