Feeding Foals
The fact that there is a limited window of time in which it is possible to have a positive nutritional influence (with no second chances), feeding foals should be viewed as more of an investment than simply a cost. Of all the times to drop the ball (nutritionally speaking), this is the worst time in a horse's life to ignore the consequences of a poor nutritional program; yet in terms of having a positive nutritional effect, this is the best!

How much Fawn Starter (81482AAA) will you sell this spring?
Please refresh your knowledge and awareness of the value-added benefits of our unique, proprietary supplement for starting deer fawns. Enhancements from Enzyme Blend W, a highly concentrated source of digestive enzymes to enhance bone structure and deposition of more muscle, and Antler D*, a supplemental form of vitamin D that provides more direct and available vitamin D, are two of the several important benefits. And the Micret form size is both effective and efficient for fawn intake and palatability. You'll find the product page on the portal with our other Wildlife Program products for all life stages of deer and elk. Fawn Starter is a floor-stocked item in Quincy starting in March.
North American Deer Farmers Association
Leo Windschitl, Sarah Massey and Jim Sours represented our deer and elk products and feeding programs at the 2013 national event in Cincinnati, OH, at the Millenium Hotel. Wildlife industry breeders, hunting operations, and suppliers attended to create a three-day tradeshow and auction event. Each year this gathering of the U.S. deer business gains in size and influence. A large tradeshow area and product emphasis encourages producers to visit the supporting exhibitors. Our exhibit actively engaged current customers and new prospects for our complete line of wildlife feeds. Prospects and requests for follow-up will be directed to the appropriate sales contacts. Please be prepared to follow-up and follow through promptly when we send a lead your way.

During the hottest days, keeping cows grazing throughout the day is a challenge. Give cattle consuming fescue a health and performance boost with Endo-Fighter®. It offers a beneficial, natural solution to counter the effects of fescue toxicosis.
The new flyer first explains the Endo-Fighter Pak Advantage and why its components are beneficial to fescue-grazing cattle: Organic complexed trace minerals, concentrated plant extract, CitriStim® and Nova-E™ Natural Source Vitamin E.
The flyer also contains very impactful photographs of two herds in Kansas in August heat; one not fed any supplements containing Endo-Fighter, and the other supplemented with ACT Performance™ RB 30 tubs that contain Endo-Fighter. Using supplements containing Endo-Fighter help counter the effects of fescue toxicosis, get cattle to spend more time grazing, adding weight gain and reaping health benefits. Thank you to Keith Nickolisen for submitting the pictures!
The back page lists a few of the ADM Alliance Nutrition Endo-Fighter mineral and tub products that are available as well as Beef Specialist testimonials from Dr. Brian Fieser and Sam Bates. You may find a couple new applications for the Endo-Fighter products from their successes and experiences. Thank you to Dr. Fieser and Sam for your contributions!
Share the benefits of the Endo-Fighter Pak with your customers by using the new Endo-Fighter Benefits Flyer. Copies for any producer meetings as well as a new Endo-Fighter Benefits PowerPoint are both available from Kim Boccardi. Safety and The ADM Way
Safety
No matter what type of safety programs, meetings, processes or committees we have, it's all about being on the "lookout" for your fellow colleagues, suppliers and customers. Look for the positive safe behaviors they exhibit (VBS), look for unsafe conditions and make them known. Positively point out concerns and help get them corrected. Let's help each other get through a shift or get through the day without a safety incident. We all want to see each other leave work the same way we arrive--safely!
The ADM Way
The ADM Way explains who we are as a Company and what we are here to do. It describes what we want to be in the future and what we will do to achieve that aim. It expresses what we value, what we focus on, and what is important to us. It creates a common understanding for all colleagues and for those who interact with us.
