Classroom Environments
For decades, Stevens Industries has been a leader in the manufacturing and development of childcare and educational furniture. In the April 2015 edition of Christian School Products magazine, Stevens' marketing coordinator Amanda Emmerich discusses the ways furniture can enhance an education environment. Entitled, "Furniture Shapes the Classroom Environment," (page 16, April 2015 edition) the article highlights the changes brought to the school furniture market by increased technology. Facilities now require more than just chairs and desks, and library shelving. The Tot Mate and I.D. Systems lines have evolved as the market needs have been reshaped. Casework dealer David Farnham, Farnham Equipment Company, contributed his experience and expert opinions. "Maybe in order to understand mankind we have to look at that word itself. MANKIND. Basically, it's made up of two separate words mank and ind. What do these words mean? It's a mystery and that's why so is mankind." - Jack Handy
