Domestic Violence Awareness Month Wrap Up
We hope you saw the billboard in uptown Charlotte highlighting multiple domestic violence agencies in the area. This October, our agency participated in over 25 community engagements to help spread awareness about domestic violence and raise funds for our programs. WSOC also aired a special, "Stand Up to Domestic Violence" on October 6th which focused on domestic violence in the Charlotte community and featured Safe Alliance representatives and programs.

 Domestic Violence at the Workplace Summit
Thank you to our many partners who helped make this year's Domestic Violence in the Workplace Summit such a huge success! Our attendees spent an entire day learning about what domestic violence is, how to identify it in the workplace, how to create policies around domestic violence instances, and what resources are available in the community for domestic violence victims. Our sincerest thanks to our attendees who are finding resources to make a difference in their workplace!

Each year, Safe Alliance creates a special Holiday Store for our clients and their families who have been impacted by intimate partner violence, sexual violence, child maltreatment, homicide and/or other violent crimes during the past year.
