Aloha HE'E Members and Participants,
Happy New Year and Best Wishes for 2013!
Thank you to those who responded to our vote. We will have results by Monday, January 7, 2013.
There are a few upcoming events we would like to highlight.

The meetings will include many items that the Coalition has been following. At the BOE Student Achievement Committee Meeting and the Finance and Infrastructure Committee Meeting, there will be final discussions on metrics for Goal 1 and Goal 3 of the Department's Strategic Plan, respectively. At the General Business Meeting, along with the final vote for Strategic Plan metrics, there will also be a presentation and discussion by the Department on school security measures and on the Department's anti-bullying efforts, including measures to deter bullying, cyber-bullying and harassment. There will also be a presentation and discussion on the new DOE website portal.
