Events
As always we will have costume and other contests, a large silent auction, a live auction, and other fun events. Although our theme is Wild West, costumes don't need to be locked in to that particular theme to win. Be creative and have fun. Stay tuned for more information on our Facebook page and website.
Your little buckaroos will enjoy the Kid's Fun Zone. There will be a prize wheel, toilet paper toss and pin the tail on the pug.
There will be a blessing of the pets performed by Father Stewart Crevcoure from St. John University Parish in Stillwater. The blessing will begin at approximately 12:30pm.
Our photo booth this year will be amazing. Aaron Stark Is our photographer this year and he will capture a special moment for you. Photos are $20 and will come in a cute western photo folder. All proceeds will go to Homeward Bound. We will still have a group photo of adopted pugs and their family taken at the statue at noon. This year you can take one home with you for a $5 donation.
Keep a look out for Big Bad Bart. He is making a special guest appearance just for us.
Don't forget to stop by the Pug Corral and say hello to our adoptable pugs. They love attention!!

We are so excited to add some new things to Puggerfest this year. We will be having Schellye Bryant, an awesome caricature artist joining us! She will be doing pug caricatures for you at the low price of $15 with part of the proceeds going to us. We are thrilled and think it will be a lot of fun. Please be sure to stop by and get a fun caricature of your puggy.

Animal Communicator
Once again we are lucky enough to have our wonderful animal communicator, Naomi McDonald join us for Puggerfest! Book your session now, as they fill up fast. Sessions start at 10:15am and are 15 minutes in length. This is a great opportunity to find out what your pug is really thinking. Sessions are $20 with a portion going to homeward bound. Please email Shelli Krenciki at mamashelli@cox.net to insure you and your pug a time slot.

Puggerfest Volunteers Needed
We are still needing volunteers to help at Puggerfest, especially with set up on Saturday morning and then tear down at four. Please consider coming early to help set up. We need several folks to be there before the crack of dawn to help unload and set up tents and our wonderful western village.
Also, if anyone is available on Friday afternoon October 2, we could use help! We want to set up again early, weather permitting. Please email gail at homewardboundpugs@cox.net if you can help on Friday.
