Mark your calendar for the upcoming Meet and Greet Saturday, August 8th from noon to 3 at A1 Pet Emporium in Edmond, OK. We will have lots of sweet, adoptable pugs there for you to get acquainted with. If you have been approved for adoption, you can even bring your new fur friend home that day.

Do You Really Want To Adopt A Puppy?

So many people want puppies, but I'm here to remind you that they are a lot of work! Puppies aren't house trained, they chew and tear up everything in their path, jump on you...basically they are little stinkers. Imagine if you didn't have to contend with that. Well, if you adopt an adult dog you won't have to. Adults are much more calm and have wonderful manners. Senior pugs are especially loving and relaxed. Please consider adopting an adult or senior pug. The love and loyalty they give you is unmatched. We have an Amazon wish list of needed supplies and food. Many items can be purchased locally at A1 Pet Emporium, but for out of towners the wish list is a great way to help the pugs of Homeward Bound.
