Mark your calendar for the upcoming Meet and Greet THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 25th at A1 Pet Emporium in Oklahoma City from 12-4pm. We will have lots of sweet, adoptable pugs there for you to get acquainted with. If you have been approved for adoption, you can bring your new fur friend home that day.
You can also bring your fur friends along for photos. The cost is $25, and a portion of the proceeds will go to Homeward Bound.
We will have belly bands, pet beds, and blankets for sale as well.

Bugs For Pugs Facebook Auction
Wendy Black of The Ruby Fawn has designed some beautiful insect shadow boxes for the auction.
Auction starts April 19th at 2:00 pm (CST) and ends this Sunday, April 26th at 8:00 pm (CST). All winning bids will be sent via PayPal to Homeward Bound Pug Rescue at homewardboundpugs@cox.net (unless other arrangements are made).

 Flower Power
It's raining pugs with the April showers. We need help for Fred and Mattie.
Both of these sweet pugs were brought in to the shelter. Fred was mauled by another dog and has had to have a draining tube put in and be bandaged up. Mattie had a bad eye left unattended and has had to have eye removed. These pugs need healing flowers. For every dollar donated, a pug flower will bloom.
