The Annual General Meeting of the OAVT is the time of year when all members are able to participate in the business of the Association.

  

Copies of the AGM Package will be available on the tables in the meeting room.

  

For those who wish to review the AGM package materials in advance, please download the documents below.

  

If you are unable to attend the AGM but wish to delegate another OAVT member to vote on association matters on your behalf, please complete the Proxy form below and submit to the office no later than 7:00am Wednesday February 20, 2013.
