OAVT Director Elections
 February 1, 2013 9:00am to February 15, 2013 5:00pm
Greetings!

The OAVT election for the five (5) open Director seats on the OAVT Board of Directors will take place:

 

February 1, 2013 at 9:00 am - February 15, 2013 at 5:00 pm

This will take you to an OAVT web page that will provide you with the biographies and public statements of each of the seven (7) OAVT Director candidates.

 

There are two methods of voting:

 

1) paper ballot

2) online e-vote

 

As a Full Member of the OAVT you have the opportunity to select one (1) method of voting. If you submit a paper ballot, you are not required to vote online. If you choose the e-vote system, you are not required to return your paper ballot. 

 

Paper Ballots have been mailed to every Full Member of the OAVT. If you have not yet received your ballot, it may be in transit. Please contact the OAVT if your ballot has not arrived by Friday February 8, 2013.

 

In order to have your vote included in the election, your original paper ballot must be returned to the OAVT by mail, fax, or in person before February 15th, 2013 at 5:00pm.

 

The Online E-Vote option is available again this year !

If you have already returned the paper ballot to the OAVT office by mail, fax, or in-person, then this e-ballot will not be accepted into our records. You have the choice of either voting through the paper ballot OR by this e-vote.
