A CALL FOR WATER
| |
Our supply of bottled water is almost gone. We include water, when we can, with weekend snack packs given to those who identify as "literally homeless".

This is a great project for youth groups, Sunday School classes, school groups, and more.
Drop off at Our Daily Bread.
Thank you.

SANTA'S HELPERS

Recently a group of volunteers answered a call to prepare for distribution over 200 Christmas Gift Boxes that were distributed at the Client Christmas Celebration.
Boxes containing various personal items gathered and assembled from a suggested list provided, including: warm caps, socks, gloves, personal care items and other assorted sundries, were donated by many caring individuals and groups.
Our thanks to all who donated Client Christmas Boxes, and to volunteers who assisted in their distribution.

A message from Suely Lohr, President ODB Advisory Board
| Another year is almost over and we are upon the 'season of giving' once again, but here at Our Daily Bread every day of the year is a day of giving. We are blessed to have so many volunteers such as yourself who donate time, finances and goods which allow us to continue to feed the homeless and the hungry. There would be no Our Daily Bread if not for your generosity and there are no words to truly express our gratitude. We hope we continue to count on your suport in the future. I wish you and your family a wonderful Holiday season.
My Christmas Wish to YOU By Catherine Pulsifer
If I could wish a wish for you,
it would be for peace and happiness not only now, but for the whole year through!
I wish that there always be food on your table. And that you always remember those less fortunate. May you always take time to share, and thank those who share with you.
I wish for time, so you may reflect on the blessings that you have, and that you express your love to those who are dear to you.
May you never feel lonely, because there are those who care. That you realize: you are special, you are unique, you make a difference, not only at Christmas, but all year!
I wish for your thoughts to be positive ones, that you never quit, that you never give up, and that you continue to learn. I wish for the love, peace, and joy of Christmas be yours always
